Company Party 2011





Well I bit the bullet and hosted the annual summer BBQ and of course I added SUSHI.  Was up at 6:30 to start the ribs , chicken and tri tip on the smoker...And then Kris and I frantically cleaned the house.  We had our first guests show up at around noon.  and from there on it was  bedlam.  Kris was the hostess while I was the SUSHI chef.   And I got to make some great SUSHI for the whole gang.  about 21 folks in total showed up and I got about 3/4s of them ate the SUSHI...I had a blast but was wiped out by the end. Might even do it again...if Kris is willing to!!.
